Recently I bought my elderly aunt a massage recliner chair on her birthday. Her chiropractor has noticed an improvement in her posture and spine muscles - probably because she makes use of her massage chair every night while she sits while watching TV! I will also invest in one for my own for sitting in front of my TV, not for improving posture or back aches, but for playing on my PS3! It's super comfortable, and I would recommend it for everyone, especially for an aunt's birthday!
