Electric ranges are extremely common throughout homes in the world for numerous reasons. This oven costs an astounding $2,600; however, it is the best stove I have ever had.
My dwelling has no gas lines so I was compelled to buy an electric range. I had heard they were not as good as normal stoves but boy they wrong. This oven does so much more and does it so much better than my previous gas ranges. This freestanding electric range comes fully loaded. It comes with a stove top warming zone, which is so useful in warming up food. It also includes a convection oven, which is great because it does not heat up my kitchen like a typical oven. The convection oven also cooks food around 30% faster so it is fabulous for quick meals.
Also it has a main oven as well which is like any other oven. It is rather large and can accommodate a lot of food, which is extremely wonderful for our enormous Thanksgiving dinners. Another plus for Thanksgiving is that it features a setting for "Perfect Turkey" and it actually stops cooking when the popper comes out almost concurrently.
This range saves electrical power because when it is not used it goes into sleep mode, so it actually reduced my electricity bill. The stove is so elegant looking; it does not look out of place in my kitchen. The broiler works just like a grill and we actually threw out our grill because we had no use for it any further. The broiler made food just like our $2,000 grill.
Some benefits to electric ovens on the whole are that water really boils faster than a gas range. Also, the stove distributes heat so well that you don't have to move your food round the oven to brown both sides evenly. It makes cooking so uncomplicated, even my husband can't spoil our dinner with this range. Last of all, sauces are also simmered more steadily because the electricity is evenly dispersed.
The oven underneath is rather roomy and holds around six cubic feet so it can accommodate a large amount of food just as any typical oven. Another key item is that I am able to preset different meals and temperatures so that I merely hit the button and it cooks that meal automatically. The surface top is so easy to maintain. It used to take very long to clean my previous stove, the grates were so difficult to scrub, but this does not have grates, so you can just wipe the top of the stove.
So just to summarize, this is the best electric kitchen range I have had and used. It is a bit expensive at twenty six hundred dollars, but it pays for itself. It is so easy to use, anyone can use it. It is so far beyond the current electric ranges out there that makes it a must have for cooking.
